Bear Bars was created for our son who has multiple food allergies and intolerances. Our philosophy is that no one should ever be without chocolate, regardless of their dietary restrictions. The rice makes the chocolate so creamy you will think you are eating true milk chocolate. Our chocolate is made from Ecuadorian Arriba Cacao, one of the few aromatic beans of the world.
